Did you guys see this going viral video of this guy sicking the cops on an idiot driver? This happens to me when I’m in a car, I can’t imagine being on a moto and getting pushed around.

The Civic driver didn’t even apologize. She just smiled and said, “yeah, okay.” Fuck that person.

This made me smile. Good for the cop.

Unbelievable. I wound’t have handled that as well as he did... foul language would have been involved

There’s never a cop around when you need one.... oh, wait. Never mind.

If she had apologized and given him the space when confronted, the guy on the bike probably would have written it off. Instead she’ll likely get written up.

I love how oblivious the cop was to his honking and waving, until he rode right up to the window.

Lady in the car was 100% in the wrong, but the guy on the bike was kind of a dick about it. I get that he was upset, and rightfully so, but cursing at her and calling her names doesn’t help anything.

I think I saw on reddit or somewhere that she got a ticket for improper lane change and something else.
personally I would have just backed off while laying on the horn and flicking them off instead of trying to hold position between her and oncoming traffic. That could have ended badly for the rider if mistakes were made. But yeah that cop was awesome!!!

That’s still probably a best case scenario... I know a lot of guys who carry a hand-full of ball bearings in their riding jacket/vest for people like that

To be fair, he might have had his head down looking at his computer or something.

I get it. I’ve been there. And in the end, justice was served.
There’s a but...
Wouldn’t it have been easier (safer?) to just fall in line behind her once he realized she was going to merge into him instead of getting all self righteous about the process of the zipper merge?
We all deal with buttheads like this lady in the Civic. Sometimes it’s better to just let them be dicks instead of getting all worked up about it, no matter how right you are and how wrong they may be.

The “something” I inserted into the statement covers cell phones, Gameboys, kolaches, donuts, etc.

I agree with you, that’s defensive driving 101, I’m sure the guy on the moto saw it coming and could have just braked and let here in, he instead deciced to be an offensive driver.

A few months back I was riding my motorcycle in the far left lane of 3 lanes, when a car dive bombed me from all the way on the right. I stopped just in time. Well following the car was the police. He stopped them, I drove around the loser and waved my finger at the car to say, “Oh no you didn’t!”
First time I’d ever seen a jerk on the road get instant justice.

It is, but it’s also pretty dangerous. When you toss a hand-full of those things at a car at speed, it’s basically like buckshot.

I second most of the preceeding replies. Also, he got to tail a cop with lights on, that pretty damn cool.
Does this bear any relation to the other viral video where the rider cals the driver out for using her phone, citing the exact number of times she almost colided with the rider? The driver then stutters to retort that “its mapquest” but is met with more deserve shaming from the rider. The players appear similar.

Ive heard of several miata owners keeping a roll of quarters in the car. Just crack the roll and toss. 10 bucks well spent.
